Subject: Maintaining our services as fully operational during the COVID-19 pandemia

Dear Clients and Colleagues,

In the current situation where WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic, we have taken every measure to primarily ensure our team’s and their families’ health and to maintain our services at their high quality as always.

Accordingly, our team will work from home unless required otherwise and will be reachable via e-mail or telephone as always. Our IT team has taken all technical and security steps to guarantee safe remote working, while we will have colleagues on duty who will be at the office at certain times in order to coordinate operations as well as ensure uninterrupted postal services.
