Ali ŞİMŞEK is a graduate of the Electronics Engineering Department at Uludağ University. He began his professional career in the intellectual property sector in 2015 and has been continuing it at Yalçıner Patent and Consultancy since 2022, where he serves as the Head of the Patent Department. His responsibilities include conducting patent research and drafting for computer-based and mechanical inventions, preparing responses to office actions and objections from national and international patent offices, as well as providing technical opinions for patent infringement analysis and freedom to operate reports.
