Att. Gözde EKER KAYACAN graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2015. After completing her legal internship, she registered to the Ankara Bar Association in 2016. She has been registered as a trademark attorney since 2019 before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the Ankara Bar Association, Intellectual Property and Competition Law Commission. She assists clients in creating their intellectual property law strategies and she offers them legal consultancy regarding design, patent, and unfair competition issues along with domain name disputes in a broad range of industries. She joined Yalçıner Patent in 2023 and is working as the Director of the National Trademark and Design Department of the firm.
