With a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Hacettepe University, Turkey (1994), over 27 years of experience in the intellectual property (IP) field have been gained, specializing in trademarks, geographical indications, domain names, and designs. Admitted as a Trademark Attorney in 1998 and as a Patent Attorney in 2005, extensive training in intellectual property law has been completed both nationally and internationally.

The position of Director of the Trademark and Design Department at Yalciner Patent and Consulting Ltd. was held from 2011 to 2024, and the current role as an IP Consultant is being undertaken at the same firm as of December 2024.

Active membership in the International Trademark Association (INTA) has been maintained, contributing to various committees, including the Trademark Office Practices Committee and the Trademark Examination Guidelines Subcommittee.
